Job Description

Brighto Paints Pvt. Ltd, a well-respected executive firm focused on permanent placements, is currently looking for a permanent/direct hire Sales Coordinator for our Sales Department in Karachi Office with following Job details:

Main Job tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure competent quality of all regular order duties and sales works.
  • Maintain complete updated records in ERP.
  • Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and order report.
  • Execution and monitoring of all regular sales duties.
  • Coordinator must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly environment.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordination with dispatch officer and sales admin for effective execution.
  • Generate the booking files and send documents to concern department.
  • Coordination with warehouse team for dispatch of Finished Goods.
  • Customer accounts reconciliation.
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager.  
  • Perform any other assign duties.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree  

At least three (3) years of experience within industry and manufacturing company
